Evermore Tattoo Artist Position Available

We are NOT looking for apprentices or front counter help, please do not contact us inquiring about those positions.

Evermore Tattoo, in Los Angeles, Culver City CA is looking for an artist to be with us full time and this artist must have the following requirements:

• A minimum of four years professional tattoo experience.
• 30 to 40 photos of your work, both large scale and smaller tattoos.
• Must have a physical portfolio.
• It must be obvious that you can draw tattoos fairly easily.
• If you do a lot of traditional, you must be able to bring something else to the table.  We love super traditional, but there are a lot of people who mainly do traditional work at a lot of shops, so if you do traditional work please  also be able to achieve one or more of : realism, Japanese, neo-traditional, pinup work, lettering, etc. pretty much everything else.

Our shop is a brand new shop that is on a major street, but we aren’t a huge shop on a corner, so if you are not friendly, positive, and talented enough to quickly build a following then your clientele growth will be short lived. There is just one spot to be filled out of three, so we will be concentrating on artists with a really strong portfolio and a positive nature that vibes well with us.

We will be taking our time to find the right person. All applicants should have a portfolio that shows strong consistency in overall design, line work and shading. You must be willing to meet in person. Applicants who meet these requirements and have a solid client following will be especially considered.  All applicants must send an e-mail to cort@evermorela.com if interested. In out efforts to improve visibility that there is a new tattoo shop in Culver City (we are the only shop in Culver thus far) Jason just painted a big “TATTOOS” on the side of the building (with landlords permission of course ;) ) . Its amazing because it only took him a bit over an hour and he used no stencil!

With improving visibility in mind I’m working on the sandwich board sign currently, painting it by hand just like it sould be.
